Don Herbert, Owner/President

 

Owner and President Don Herbert brings over 20 years of expertise to JED's.  Bringing a blend of professionalism and drive, Don spearheads a crew of over 30 installers and office staff.  Through many years of expert labor and accurate quotes, Don has established rapport with several of the Puget Sound's leading contractors.  Check out some of the contractors Don has worked with by visiting our References page.  Don couples hard work with customer satisfaction.  Since JED's inception in 2000, Don has established a well-known name to serve the east side of Lake Washington with quality craftsmanship and long-lasting customer service.  Don also runs the field, overseeing all jobs in production, and making sure that the hanging and taping phase are completed to perfection!

Ramon Palacios, Pre-Lim / Pre-Rock Technician

 

Ramon and his brother Juan are our specialists when it comes to pre-rocks and preliminary prep work.  Ramon will install the necessary angle iron and butt-strips before our drywallers hang their sheets so that everything is perfectly level and straight.  He also takes are care of our pre-rocks so that HVAC and furnace contractors can follow him in a timely fashion!

Nehemias Benito, PVA Technician

 

When it comes to the final stages of a house, Don trusts Nehemias and Alejandro to properly apply primer and give the house its first coat prior to texture and then paint.  These guys work hand in hand with our scrappers/maskers as well as Don to present a quality house ready for the final touches!
